Singapore black pepper #crab
1 large mud crab, cleaned and dismembered. Wok fry crab for 10 mins and remove from pan. Fry garlic, chilli, ginger. Add 3tbs crushed black peppercorns, add oyster sauce, thick black soy sauce and regular soy sauce. Return crab to wok and coat with sauce. Cook for another few mins. Garnish with green onion.
