White asparagus risotto with shrimp-

(1) peel, cut and boil white asparagus until tender (2) warm fish broth (3) sautéed a very small amount of finely chopped onions in butter (4) add three small fist fills of arborio rice for each person (5) begin to mix in broth one ladle at a time (6) meanwhile cook peeled and cured shrimp in a pan with olive oil reserving the liquid. (7) towards the end about 18-20 minutes add reserved liquid from shrimp and asparagus.
