Peanut butter banana smoothie (dairy-free, sugar-free)
A late afternoon sweet tooth fix that isn't entirely unhealthy:
Blend frozen bananas, almond milk, unsalted peanut butter (or whatever nut butter you have on hand), and cinnamon until smooth like a thick shake. I also added a bit of homemade granola into the smoothie and on top for some crunch.
Other possible add-ins: sea salt, cocoa powder, cacao nibs...
