Strawberry- raspberry chia jam. Slice strawberries into thin slices, add to saucepan with raspberries ( I had about 5 cups of fruit). Add maple syrup to taste and a pinch of salt. Let simmer for about 15 minutes till berries soften. Add about 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and let simmer till the jam thickens.
