Grilled shrimp and sautéd snap peas...spring is here! Marinate for a few hours or all day raw shrimp with lots of lemon zest, chopped parsley, chopped garlic and ground pepper. Add olive oil to toss. Thread water soaked skewers and grill either on your stove top grill pan or on the grill-high for two minutes each side. Sauté snap peas in olive oil until the skins blister but still crisp. I was pouring a glass of Viognier while I took this photo....
