30 min kimchi: Wilt cabbage in well-salted boiling water; drain. Purée garlic, ginger, shallot, gochujang, rice vinegar, sugar, and fish sauce. Toss cabbage with sauce and throw in a tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds. Pack into jar and refrigerate. Use within a week or two. #kimchi #notarecipe #condiment #korean
