Tomatillos, Serrano, jalapeño, poblano, onion, and garlic ready to get broiled. Once everything is blackened and roasty, I'll remove skins and then it'll gonna go in the Vitamix with some homemade chicken stock I thawed. I roasted some chicken legs (425 for about 20 minutes) and the shredded meat will be added to the green goodness. I'll top with sour cream and avocado.
