Aloo tikka burgers - boil 2 potatoes until soft-strain. Add half a cup of cooked peas, a teaspoon each of onion powder, garlic powder, coriander, garam masala, chaat masala and a pinch of salt. Mash together with a half cup of bread crumbs and form into 4 patties. Grill in a pan with vegetable oil until crispy.
Toast hamburger buns and place one patty on each. Top with sliced tomato, tamarind chutney, cucumber raita and cabbage slaw (cabbage,diced pickle, red onion and chaat masala- made to your liking in terms of amount of each ingredient). Serve and enjoy!
