Nut-free ramp pesto. 2 cups chopped ramps (stems and leaves), 1/3 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup grated Parmesan, 1-2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest. Blend until smooth in a food processor. #ramps #pesto
