Quiche au thon et asperges grillées. (Without a crust...I had no pâte on hand and the baking was much more straightforward without it.)
Lightly beat 4-6 eggs with a few spoonfuls of crème fraîche, ~2 tbs Dijon, ~1/2 c of milk, s/p and a dash of nutmeg. Butter a tarte pan and pour in egg mixture, 2 cans of drained tuna, ~1.5 c chopped roasted asparagus, and 1 c chopped/sautéed onion. I garnished with sliced orange tomato and some shaved asparagus. Bake at 400F for 30-32 minutes. Et voilà..
