Vanilla chia seed pudding
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup milk of your choice (I used vanilla almond milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Whisk for 1 min
Wait 5 min and whisk again
Store for 35 min in the fridge or overnight
Ready to eat!! Super easy breakfast
Top with fruit, yogurt, etc
I topped mine with dried oranges and dried cranberries!
