Garlicky shrimp pasta!
Boil pasta and remove from heat 2 minutes prior to instructions on the package. Strain.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and sliced spring onion. Add and sautée frozen shrimp in the pan, until orange and incorporate the cooked pasta. Top with grated Parmesan, fresh parsley and EVOO.
