Saag paneer pizza. Heat a pizza stone in your oven as hot as it will go. Sauté onion until soft, add in minced garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and handfuls of spinach until wilted. Stretch out pizza dough onto a piece of parchment. Mix together plain Greek yogurt with curry paste (I used Patak's) and spread over dough. Top with spinach and cubed paneer cheese. Slide parchment directly onto your stone and bake about 10 mins. Top with handfuls of chopped cilantro.
