Stewed rosewater rhubarb and blood oranges

Boil water with some lemon zest and juice, blood orange zest, blood orange slices, knob of fresh peeled ginger, a sprinkle of coconut sugar, the tiniest dash of rosewater, and few chopped pieces of rhubarb.
