Tuna tartare with avocado and lime ice-cream

I diced sushi grade tuna and marinated it in lemon oil, finely minced shallots, chives, salt & pepper.

Topped with an avocado & lime ice-cream which I made by blending a ripe avocado with half a cup of heavy cream, a pinch of sugar, the juice of 2 lines and some salt. Freeze overnight.
