Sesame Banana Bread: Preheat oven to 350˙F and in a large bowl, mash three very ripe bananas (if not yet ripe, roast them first at 300˙F until black). Add 1/4 cup neutral oil, 1/4 cup tahini, 1/2 cup sugar, an egg, a dash of vanilla, and a scant 1/2 cup whole milk yogurt and mix until homogenous.
In another bowl, sift together 1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt and a handful of sesame seeds.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet with a spatula in three gentle additions, stopping as soon as the flour has disappeared into the mixture, and pour into a parchment-lined 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake for ~ 45 minutes and let cool in pan before slicing.
