Late night pickled rhubarb: In a pot boil 1c red wine vin, 1c water, 1/2c sugar, 2T salt, 1t fennel seeds, 2 mint sprigs. Remove mint and pour into a jar over 2-3 stalks sliced rhubarb. Let cool. #spring #rhubarb #pickles
