#momtest #brisket Passover brisket doesn't get better than Moms!!:) lots of sliced onions and good ole TLC! Pat brisket with flour and paprika mixed together with some S&P. Sear the brisket in hot oil. Place in pan. Cover with sauté onions and diced tomatoes.Cover. Place in oven. Cook couple hours. Take out. Slice. Reput back into sauce and cook till tender. Put in fridge. Reheat next day. This IS the BEST brisket ever!!!! #momtest #passing on the skills to two generations now!:)

When you say flour, do you really mean something else...? I thought Passover meant no flour...

Well we actually used a gluten free flour because my mom is celiac. But we eat this also at Channukah and we use flour then. So up to you if u are going Kosher or not
