No press panini - Ham and Swiss with pickles! Heat a skillet on medium with a touch of oil. Lay about 3 slices of ham in until sizzling (flip around a couple times) and then chop or slice up. Get bread in toaster, heating. Pile ham into a sandwich shaped mound and put two large pickle slices on top. Top with Swiss. Lower heat and cover pan, letting the cheese melt for about 2 mins. Toast should be ready, remove onto plate and put another slice of cheese between hot slices of toast. When ready, open sandwich and scoop pan contents onto cheesy toast, press other slice firmly on top. Yum! (Be careful, it's juicy!)
