Argentinian Pastel de papa!
Hand cut beef, cooked in a pan with chopped onions, scallions, red bell peppers, hard boiling egg, olives, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper.
When it's almost ready, cover it with potato puree, and if you want some parmesan cheese. Bake it until you see a golden potato crust on the top.
Have it with a great Malbec wine!
