Fry shrimp with your favorite store purchased Louisiana style fry mix. Scramble two eggs using lots of butter. Sauté half a sliced green bell pepper and half a red bell pepper in olive oil. Add a finely chopped Serrano pepper for an added kick. Once done, add a sliced piece of ciabatta that has been sprinkled with salt and pepper to the pan and grill it until just golden. Layer egg, pepper and shrimp in hat order on the grilled bread. Top with fresh parsley.
