Balsamic glazed white asparagus with arugula and Parmesan
Peel and cut asparagus into small cubes, fry with butter or olive oil and salt and cook until golden brown (asparagus should be cooked al dente) deglaze with balsamic vinegar.
Place arugula in s bowl and top with asparagus and fresh grated Parmesan, pepper and lemon juice and the remaining butter/oil from pan.
