Ethiopian Short Ribs. I browned some beef short ribs with diced red onion in butter spiked with mitmita; an amazing Ethiopian spice made of piri piri chili peppers, cardamom, cloves and salt. Roasted for 3 hours in a med-hot oven, served with injera and shiro.
