Cook ground turkey in nonstick skillet until about halfway done; drain some fat if needed; add onion, red bell pepper, garlic, 1 can diced tomatoes, and half a small can of tomato sauce; add a heap of shredded cabbage on top; cover and simmer until cabbage gets soft and cooks down; add nor cabbage as desired; salt and season to taste; take off heat and stir in shredded zucchini; serve over pasta, rice, or greens.
