Had to do a little foraging (in my kitchen ?) for lunch today: warm halloumi cheese slices, sautéed cremini shrooms with carrots, tomatoes, toasted rye bagel with a bit of butter and flakey sea salt. With a side of tinned smoked oysters ? A mish mash of things!
