Bagna cauda is a gift that keeps on giving! I sautéed some asparagus in a few tablespoons of the batch I made earlier this week (and kept the heat moderate/low so the garlic wouldn't burn), and added a small handful of mint off the heat. I warmed some cannellini beans in the same skillet, with a little more of the bagna cauda. With some burrata on the side, lunch is served. #notsaddesklunch
