Honey, Cinnamon and Toasted Pecan ice cream - simmer milk, cream, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Temper egg yolks. Back in pot and cook to 170. Cool a few hours/overnight. Process in an ice cream machine with toasted pecans. Done!
