Pizza with salami, goat cheese, fig, arugula and caramelized onions.

3/4 c water (110 degrees)
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
2 cups ap flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar

Combine yeast water and sugar. Let sit until foamy. Add salt and flour and mix until combined. Let it rest for 1 hour in a warm space. Separate into 4 pieces. Roll one piece into a 12" circle.

Bake on a pizza stone with toppings of choice for 14 minutes.
