Chocomaca Crunch Popcorn… 1/2 c popcorn, air popped (92 g)… preheat oven to 350… combine 2 cups rice Chex (50 g), with 2 tbsp cacao powder (10 g), 1 tsp maca powder (5 g), 1/2 tsp cinnamon… add popcorn… melt 2 oz chocolate (milk/dark blend) with 1 tbsp coconut oil (14 g)… remove from heat, add 1 packet stevia, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp cream of tartar, 1/2 tsp sea salt, pinch of espresso powder… drizzle over popcorn mixture, stir until evenly coated… spread on baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tbsp coconut oil (14 g)… bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through… and then yum! Crunchy, salty, chocolaty goodness that doesn't stick to your fingers! Eat as is or over ice cream. #popcorn #chocolate #maca #dessert

A lot of powder left at the bottom… next time I'll mix the powders with a tbsp coconut oil instead of drizzling it on at the end
