Cabbage Kimchi: cut cabbage in quarters, rub salt on leaves, then soak in salted water for 4-6 hours. Make mixture of garlic, ginger, gochugaru, salted shrimp, fish sauce, rice flour porridge and water. Once cabbage is done soaking, rinse and then rub spice mixture on the leaves and pack in jar or airtight container. Let sit at room temp two days, then refrigerate.
