Season salmon filets with adobo, create a mixture of mayonnaise (or plain 0% Greek yogurt as a healthier alternative) oregano, cumin and fresh squeezed lime juice. Top filet with mixture, bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes depending on how "rare" or "cooked" you like your salmon.

For the side salad peel and chop into a quarters a whole cucumber, dice 2 plum tomatoes, dice a whole ripe avocado. Toss together with a little olive oil, salt & pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, tiny pinch of cumin and chopped cilantro
