Boil 1 part black sticky rice, 1 part coconut milk and 2 parts water with a pinch of salt and simmer for 45 min, adding additional water near the end if needed. Sweeten to taste with maple syrup or sugar (I use tablespoon per 1/3 cup rice for 1 serving).
