Baked chicken doesn't always get us going—save for when it looks like this! Sylvie and Giles Reilley marinated it in lime, soy, paprika, cumin, and garlic first; baked; then topped it all with a Peruvian green sauce (romaine, garlic, a dollop of mayo, and coriander run through a food processor, then thinned with water). We're thinking the leftovers could be shredded and all mixed up to spread on toast, tartine-style. ?
