Homemade challah became homemade challah French toast! I used 2 eggs, one egg yolk, 1 cup whole milk, a splash of cream and some honey as a custard base. Next time I would soak it for more than a few minutes (2-5 only, up to 5-10 mins) for an extra moist and custard-like interior.
