Pan sautéed Halibut served with sautéed garlic, crushed red pepper, fresh snap peas and then add sunburst cherry tomatoe halves. As soon as they release juices add fresh spinach and wilt. Squeeze fresh lemon and fresh parsley and basil. Serve over Angel Hair pasta! Delish!
