Three Seed Soy Crackers | Preheat oven to 300ºF. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup chia seeds, 1/2 cup black sesame seeds, and 1 cup sunflower seeds with 1 cup water and a dash of soy sauce. Let sit for a few minutes until the chia seeds have absorbed the water. Spread the mixture thinly onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and divide into sections. Bake for 30 minutes. Flip each section over and bake for another 30 minutes. Let cool, break into smaller pieces, and enjoy!

The possibilities are endless: a dash of sesame oil for enhanced sesame flavour, nutritional yeast + dried thyme, lemon zest + dried rosemary, vanilla + cinnamon + maple syrup, tahini + cacao nibs + coconut flakes. I'd love to hear your ideas, too!
