Three Seed Soy Crackers | Preheat oven to 300ºF. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup chia seeds, 1/2 cup black sesame seeds, and 1 cup sunflower seeds with 1 cup water and a dash of soy sauce. Let sit for a few minutes until the chia seeds have absorbed the water. Spread the mixture thinly onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and divide into sections. Bake for 30 minutes. Flip each section over and bake for another 30 minutes. Let cool, break into smaller pieces, and enjoy!
