Farmers Market Picnic lunch: Roasted golden beets, sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts, pea shoots, radish and radish greens. Guacamole, fermented veggies and cilantro are my standard garnishes. Romaine leaves for ease of transport to the mouth! Market strawberries for dessert!
