Inspired by @bonappetitmag's May issue. Bavette steak grilled for 7 minutes, basted with butter, garlic, black cardamon pods and thyme, with a salad of Easter egg radishes, parsley and rocket dressed with lemon juice and olive oil. All served with lemony yoghurt and a sprinkle of chilli flakes.
