In need of a Saturday afternoon snack (who isn't)? Do as our editor Leslie Stephens does and fry sliced garlic until crispy in olive oil, then pour the hot olive oil over chopped, fresh sage to wilt it. Add goat cheese, the crisped garlic, and chile flakes on top and serve with bread to sop it all up. Inspired by a past Food52 editorial intern! (Hi Taylor! ?)
