My first time using chickpea flour.
First drain the firm tofu (wrap with paper towel and put weight on it)
Season the chickpea flour with s&p, and really whatever spice you want. Dredge tofu slices and shallow pan fry. Served with chili garlic dipping sauce. Gluten-free and vegan!
