A lovely, juicy piece of ribeye steak with a side of sweet potato fries and rocket salad.
Season the ribeye with olive oil and salt on both sides, melt butter in pan on high heat and sear the steak (roughly 3-5mins on each side,depending on the thickness of the meat and how you like your steak, making sure once turned you tilt the pan and pour over fat a couple times). As for the potatoes, cut them into smaller wedges, drizzle them with olive oil, sprinkle coconut flour and arrange them on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 200-220 Celsius for about 20 minutes.
Serve the steak with potatoes, tarragon mustard, rocket salad and a nice red.
