My everyday breakfast. Start with plants (brussels sprouts, broccoli, spinach, onion, peppers, mushrooms, cilantro). Then fat plants (pine nuts, avocado). Next is ground spices (cumin, coriander). Followed by optional animal (egg). And last is processed food (olive oil). Toss in meyer lemon when in season and salt and pepper.
