Sauté 4 chopped garlic cloves and 8 slices of chopped prosciutto in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, until fragrant. Add 3 oz sliced shiitake mushrooms and stir for 3 mins. Add half bunch of chopped Dino kale, for 1 min until wilted. Add half box of cooked pasta, 1 cup of pasta water and 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese. Mix everything well. Salt and pepper.
