The Muggy Sunset: (I just made up that name- it was either that or The Turpentine, because it resembles stained solvent in my wood shop).
Triple steeped ginger tea, maple syrup, molasses, Peychaud's Bitters, and Bulleit Rye Whiskey. Steep three bags of Yogi Ginger Tea in 3/4 cup of boiled hot water. Let cool to room temp. Stir in a splash of maple syrup and a pea sized amount of molasses. Mix well. Pour into a separate glass of ice, add 6-10 shakes of bitters, 1 1/2 oz. Rye Whiskey- stir, strain and serve in a 8oz. chilled jar of ice.
