Amazing meal! Roast butternut squash and onion at 425 for 40 minutes, meanwhile sear duck breast stovetop and transfer to the oven when the squash is done (reduce the temp to 350). After 5 minutes, let the duck rest, and put the squash back in the (now off) oven. Make a salad and serve it all together!
