Chicken and pork lettuce wraps with water chesnuts and sauté onions.
Pulse chicken and pork in a food processor
Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until nice and golden brown. Add meat mixture to the pan to warm through.
Pulse a can of water chestnuts in food processor
Add to pan
Stir in sauce - sauce is soy sauce, cashew butter, fish sauce, sesame oil, and Asian seasonings
Serve on bib lettuce
