Blackberries on the grill
Make little trays out of aluminum foil, and place on top of hot grill. Put a layer of blackberries in each tray and drizzle a bit of olive oil. Keep on grill until berries soften evenly - about 15 minutes.
Remove and eat solo, or place on top of sorbet or ice cream. We did the ice cream route with honey and a touch of cinnamon; though a friend suggested a tart lemon sorbet pairing which would be phenomenal!
