Grind up 3 big handfuls of pretzels in your food processor; stir in some melted butter, a splash of vanilla and a touch of sugar. Chill, press into 10" tart tin and chill in the freezer. Heat oven to 350 degrees and blind bake covered with foil for 10 minutes. Make a ganache with 8 ounces of dark chocolate, 6 ounces of cream, 4 ounces of milk and sugar; let cool for 10 minutes, beat in an egg and a glug of vanilla. Fill tart shell (place a few pecans on top if the spirit moved you) and bake for 25 minutes. ;o) #momtest
