Salty Spicy Curry Popcorn Crisps

Leftovers from previous savory popcorn seasoning (spice blend 2, see below), mixed with splash water, splash liquid aminos, dash Frank's hot sauce, dash Worcestershire sauce, until a paste is formed

Melt seasoning with 1 tbsp (14 g) coconut oil in a small oven safe bowl in oven preheating to 350°

Air pop 1/2 c (92 g) popcorn kernels

Remove seasoning from oven, stir, add 1/2 tsp baking soda & 1/4 tsp cream of tartar, stir (watch for a fun bubbly puffing up reaction!)

Drizzle seasoning over popcorn, stir to coat, and bake in a dish or on a baking tray for 20 min, stirring halfway through

Spice blend 1:
2 tsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp protein powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp curry powder, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1/4 tsp smoked salt

Spice blend 2:
~2 tsp spice blend 1, ~1 tsp pb2, ~1 tsp unflavored protein powder, ~1 tsp nutritional yeast, ~1/2 tsp curry powder, ~1/2 tsp mustard powder, ~1/2 tsp onion powder, ~1/4 tsp turmeric, ~1/4 tsp cayenne

So crunchy! Kinda like chips. ????
