Break up matzo in small pieces. Add eggs, Milk and SALT and let it soak for a while. When soft and sticky heat some butter in a pan and bake until golden on both sides. Serve with sugar and strawberries

We cook it just the same and eat it with sugar for sweet or with sour cream and chives dip. Love it!
